Adding even more flavor to your seafood boil is as easy as boil, boost, soak: Boil: In an extra-large boiling pot, add water, leaving enough room for seafood. Bring to a boil and add your favorite sack sized boil blend, like LA Fish Fry 4.5 lb. Seafood Boil. Boost: Add 1/2 to 1 bag of boil booster to the pot along with seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Soak: Boil, then turn off heat and soak seafood as indicated below. Boil: Crawfish - 4 min; Soak: 10-15 min. Boil: Shrimp - 2 min; Soak: 3-5 min. Boil: Crabs - 10 min; Soak: 10-15 min.
