Microwave directions: (Recommended): 1. Remove lid completely. 2. Add cold water to microwave fill line (1/2 cup) and stir well. 3. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds. 4. Stir well and let stand 4-5 minutes so grains continue to soften and cool to taste. Enjoy! Note: microwaves vary in power, so cook time may need adjustment. Hot water directions: 1. Peel back lid half way. 2. Add boiling water to hot water fill line (1/3 cup) and stir well. 3. Cover with lid and let stand for 5 minutes so grains continue to soften. 4. Stir and enjoy! Note: adjust water for desired thickness. Caution: cup and contents will be very hot. Additional space included in cup to prevent oatmeal from boiling over.
