Makes a delicious one-pot meal. You Will Also Need: 5 cups of water; 2 pounds of cooked chopped sausage, chicken, ham or shrimp (If using shrimp, place on top of jambalaya in pot when 5 minutes of cooking time is left). Here's What You Do: 1. In a large heavy pot, add water, package contents, and sausage, chicken, ham (or a combination of these). 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and serve. Optional Additional Ingredients: onion, peppers, celery and diced tomato.
