Store cookies in airtight container. Do not eat raw batter. Yield - Dough quantity - Bake time: 18-21 cookies - 1 rounded tbsp - 9-11 minutes. 10-12 cookies - 2 rounded tbsp - 11-13 minutes. Cookie bars - 8x8-inch pan - 24-26 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. "Real butter works best. If using margarine, use one that contains more than 65% oil.
