Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Note: Thaw before cooking. To Thaw: 1. Leave in original wrapper, thaw in refrigerator on bottom shelf or immerse in cool water 2 to 3 hours. 2. Keep refrigerated until ready to cook. To Roast: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. 3. Brush with melted butter. 4. Roast, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes (instant-read thermometer should reach 180 degrees F when inserted in thickest part of chicken or until internal juices run clear), basting frequently with butter.
