Southwest Chicken Pita: 2 Sahara White Pita Pockets, halved to form 4 pockets; 2 c. (roughly 12 oz.) cooked chicken in bite-sized pieces; chipotle chili powder; 1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved; 4 c. romaine lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces; 1/3 c. corn and black bean salsa. In a large bowl toss chicken with chili powder to taste. Add tomato, lettuce, and salsa. Toss to blend and then equally divide into halved pita pockets. Enjoy!
