Superior Wagyu beef patties seared with a deep and flavorful crust are nestled between brioche buns and dressed with caramelized onions, gruyere, and thick sliced bacon. For an extra luxurious touch, add a few drops of black truffle oil or truffle butter to the onions just before they are done.

Ingredients

Sakura Wagyu Beef Patties 

Yellow onion – Thinly sliced 

Sliced or Shredded Gruyere Cheese 

Bacon (We like Vande Rose Bacon) 

Fresh Arugula 

Brioche Buns - Sliced 

Kosher Salt 

Pepper 

Olive Oil  

Optional: 

Black Truffle Oil or Truffle Butter 

Chimichurri Sauce 

Directions

Caramelize onions on stove. Optional: finish with a few drops of black truffle oil. Set Aside.  

Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. 

Brush patty with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness. Top with Gruyere just before finished cooking.  

Toast brioche buns. Build burger by starting with cooked beef patty. Top with bacon, onion, and arugula. Enjoy!
