Ingredients

12 Mejool Dates 

6 oz Gorgonzola Dolce

1/3 C Mitica candied pecans, from our cheese department

Directions

Roughly chop the pecans.

Slit the dates on top and remove the pit (leave date whole).

Stuff each date with the Gorgonzola dolce, leaving some cheese mounded on top of the slit.

Dip cheese into the chopped pecans and arrange on serving platter. Refrigerate until serving.

To assemble ahead, stuff the dates and refrigerate without the pecans - top with pecans right before serving.
