Shrimp Burgers from our seafood department (as many as needed)
Sweet Potato Planks from our produce department (as many as needed)
Brush sweet potato planks with oil, salt, and pepper. Heat grill to medium and flip often to prevent burning.
Brush whole scallions, shishito pepper, and zucchini with oil and char on grill. Chop or slice after charred.
Brush shrimp burger with oil and grill until cooked through.
Toast buns and build burger. Start with the cooked shrimp burger and top with veggies, microgreens, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Enjoy!
