Ingredients

1 16oz package Knocean Lobster Stock (Fond De Homard)
1 package Knocean TCKL Raw Lobster Meat (Thaw under cold water for 5 minutes prior to use)
¾ lbs Fresh Clams
½ lbs Fresh Mussels
½ lbs Fresh fish (halibut, salmon, hake, cod and/or seabass)
1 cup Tomatoes, canned, diced with juice
¾ cup Fennel, sliced
½ cup Onion, sliced
½ cup White Wine
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tbsp Basil, dried
½ Tbsp Thyme, dried
½ Tbsp Oregano, dried
½ tsp Crushed Chili Flakes
To taste Salt and fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Heat a medium/large sauce pot to medium heat.
Add olive oil, fennel & onion and saute until onions are translucent (about 4-5 minutes)
Add garlic & chili flakes and continue to saute for 2 minutes
Add Lobster Stock, white wine, tomatoes, basil, thyme & oregano and bring to a boil
Add clams & mussels, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Add fish, cover and gently simmer for an additional 5 minutes
Add lobster meat, and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Add chopped chives, season to taste with salt & pepper
Serve immediately
