Extra wide flat egg pasta. Made in Italy. Handcrafted from a blend of flour mixed with durum wheat semolina and farm fresh eggs, just like fresh homemade pasta made in your own kitchen.

Pappardelle goes well with cream sauces as well as meat and seafood. The porous texture allows the surface to readily absorb sauces.
