Caviar Shipping & Returns


Due to its delicate nature, caviar is shipped overnight and separately.

Orders will be shipped Monday - Thursday. All orders received by 1:00 PM (EST) Monday thru Thursday will be shipped that day for overnight delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) on Thursday will deliver the following week. See chart below for shipping details.

No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days.

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive at your door. If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) and our Customer Service Department (1-800-346-8763). Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived.

Immediately inspect the product upon its delivery and notify Balducci's immediately if product is defective or does not conform to the terms of the order. If you do not notify Balducci's within 24 hours of receipt of the product, it will be understood that the product has been accepted and Balducci's will have no obligation to process a return of the product.

Upon notification that the product is defective or does not conform to terms of the orders, Balducci's will evaluate and determine whether or not the product is eligible for replacement or return credit. A request for return or credit does not guarantee a return or credit.
