Use a Iarge pot with a steamer basket or steaming grate inside. Fill the pot with water so that it's not quite touching the insert and bring to a boil. Add a tablespoon of salt to the water, place the crab legs in the basket or on the grate and cover the pot. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until the crab is deliciously fragrant.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the crab legs on a shallow baking pan, in a single layer, with 1/8" of water. Brush with melted butter, oil, seasoning and/or lemon juice for your own unique flavor. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Heat your grill to approximately 300° F. Brush the crab legs with olive oil on all sides to prevent sticking. Place the crab legs on the hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip them over and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes or until hot throughout.
