The nose is yeasty, sherry-like and reminds us of aged gruyere. In the mouth, it is rich and complex with a rice pudding quality: raisins, cinnamon and starchiness. Excellent acidity keeps this Champagne lively.
Primarily sourced from vineyards in Santa Rita Hills and Santa Barbara County, this is a lushly styled Pinot with a nose of bright red fruit and earth, and a full-bodied palate of dark berries and soft tannin.
