The ultimate food luxury, caviar's intense flavor and delicate texture have defined heights of food culture for centuries. We source only the finest wild and aqua-cultured caviar available in the world.

1. Upon receipt, store caviar in the coldest part of refrigerator. The enemies of caviar are heat, light and air.
2. Unopened, caviar can last 3 to 6 months. Store between 26 and 36 degrees F (do not freeze).
3. DO NOT open caviar until immediately before serving. Consume after opening - do not store. Caviar will oxidize from contact with air in under 24 hours.
4. Caviar is best served simply, with fresh toast, blinis or potatoes. Add a touch of crème fraîche and garnish with chopped chives.
5. Serve caviar using plastic or mother-of-pearl spoons as metal will oxidize caviar.
6. Complement caviar with iced vodka, champagne or black tea.

Caviar and smoked salmon orders are shipped via UPS overnight delivery. There is a $35 flat rate shipping fee on all caviar and smoked salmon orders. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $55. Caviar and smoked salmon orders will be shipped separately from other Balducci's orders.

Orders will be shipped Monday — Thursday. All orders received by 1:00EST Monday thru Thursday will be shipped that day for overnight delivery. Orders placed after 1:00EST on Thursday will deliver the following week (ship Monday for Tuesday delivery).

Please inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive at your door! If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact UPS and our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived.
