Having been in production since 1614, Adam is a relative newcomer in Alsace. Their entire line, which includes the soft and simple Pinot Blanc and the intensely flavored, spicy Gewurztraminer, are all favorites of ours. What we love about Alsace wines are their amazing ability to pair with food, from delicate fish courses to full-on holiday fare. The bottles are rather tall and thin, but don't be deterred by this-these are all dry table wines that will make your food taste even better!
You'll find on our shelves the Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris Reserve, Riesling, Gewurztraminer Reserve, and Cremant (Adam's sparkling wine).

If I had to choose a personal favorite, it would probably be the Gewurztraminer; aromas of rose petals and honeysuckle reveal enticing flavors of litchi fruit and hints of honeysuckle. It's rich, yet fresh and fruity-owing to the subtle spiciness that makes this wine a classic example of Alsatian Gewurztraminer.
