Nearly three decades ago John and Harry Mariani, family proprietors of Banfi Vintners, revitalized a mid-18th century winery known as Bruzzone and renamed the facility Vigne Regali. It is here that the sparkling red, once cherished throughout Europe two centuries ago and made with the famous Brachetto grape, has been revived.
