Spring is officially in full swing (and full bloom), and our display cases are filled with fresh new flavors inspired by our chefs. Since you're sitting at your computer, why not take a virtual tour of just a few of the dishes you'll find on your next visit?

If you were standing in front of the case, by now you'd probably be attracted by the delicate pink and green colors of our new entrée, the very tender, very aromatic, Pesto Crusted Salmon. Read more in the first article.

And once you made up your mind to buy the salmon, you would most likely need an equally delectable side dish to complement your entrée. Just a turn in the right direction would reveal our Crispy Roman Artichokes to you. Before you get to the store, read more in the second article.

Finally, after a rich cut of salmon and a helping of savory artichokes, you'd probably be craving a lighter side item that was refreshing, yet intensely tasty.
