January 2008

Dear Food Lover:

With the holidays behind us, we're all trying to make New Year's resolutions and stick to them. The most popular resolution of all is, of course, the promise to eat better and lose weight. That can be a difficult resolution to keep, though. It's not always easy to find healthy foods that will satisfy your taste buds.

That's why we've been working hard in our test kitchen, finding new and exciting ways to make foods healthy, yet delicious. What we know is that taste is paramount, but doesn't have to subvert your commitment to a diet. And we've come up with three brand new dishes for the month of January that we're featuring for the first time on our website.

The first is our tilapia with mango red pepper salsa. The tilapia is a sweet and tender fish that happens to be low in fat. Read about it in our first article.

With a main course like that, you need an equally flavorful side dish, which brings us to our second feature: basmati rice with soy beans. The rice is aromatic, nutty, and 100% organic. Read more by clicking here.

And for those lunches on the go, we're also featuring our pre-pack southwest chicken salad. Read more in our third article.

Here's to a brand new year of delicious possibilities!
