Mini Crab Cakes With Remoulade
We felt that this staple of our holiday menus deserved some recognition, seeing as how it's always been a favorite of both our chefs and our customers. We make up these little beauties with lump crab meat and traditional Maryland spices, then fry them crisp. The firmness and meatiness of these cakes is what most people notice when they first try them.
And they're only accented with our own chipotle caper remoulade. We take the classic French sauce and add our own twist to it. Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chipotle peppers, capers, lemon juice, and cilantro will give your crab cakes a zesty kick. They're a fabulous addition to your holiday platters.
