Picked and pressed in Chile, Olave Olive Oil is a precise blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Arbequina and Coratina olives, all picked at just the right moment for the ideal flavor and balance.
  • Premium -- very fresh, delicate, and lightly grassy, with a peppery kick at the end. $7.99

  • Organic Variety -- more robust than Premium, with a distinct tannin-like quality (we likened it to the bitterness of walnut skins). $11.99

  • Garlic-Infused -- organic olives milled with garlic. A very savory flavor that's perfect as a dipping oil. $7.99

  • Lemon-Infused -- organic olives milled with lemon essence. Lightly lemony on the nose, with flavors of limes and walnuts. $7.99

More Than Just A Pretty Face...
In the 2005 Biol contest in the Italian region of Puglia, Olave was awarded first prize amongst more than 300 participants from around the world, and deemed the "Chilean Revelation." That's quite an honor, considering that Olave has been harvesting its olives for only five years.

We'll be having samplings and demonstrations of Olave during the entire length of our South American festival; check with your local store for more details.

If you appreciate great olive oil, you simply have to try Olave!
