The bruschettas are thin and crispy toasted slices of bread that come in four flavors: Parmesan and Garlic (buttery), Asiago Cheese (sharp with a good crunch), Spicy Italian (savory with flavors of Asiago and Parmesan), and White Cheddar (smooth, sharp cheddar flavor). Each one has real cheese baked on the top and a very pleasant crunch--crispy without being hard.

While these bruschettas are made to accompany the Private Harvest Bread Toppers, they make a great addition to a cheese platter, or can be broken up to make croutons for a salad. However, we found them to be so addictive that we could easily eat them out of hand as a snack.
