We offer the freshest salmon you can get, short of showing up at the docks yourself.

Not only delicious, salmon is also considered one of the world's healthiest foods. That's because it's chock full of omega-3 fatty acids, one of the essential fatty acids that all our bodies need but can't make. Not only that, salmon is also a very good source of protein and B-vitamins.

Our salmon is fresh, never frozen. We offer the freshest salmon you can get, short of showing up at the docks yourself. It's delivered to our stores daily, meaning less than 24 hours from the net to your dinner table. We're pretty proud of this, because fresh fish has become rather rare, with most markets choosing to buy theirs frozen and defrosting it before selling it to you.

Here are some varieties of salmon worthy of your dinner table:

  • King Salmon
Also know as chinook, king salmon comes from the West Coast. We get ours from the Clayoquot Sound in Canada. Naturally raised in the pristine waters of British Columbia, they are never given antibiotics and are fed the best quality feed available.
  • Atlantic Salmon
These East Coast salmon are milder and less fatty than wild salmon. Their flesh is a rich orange to pinkish-orange in color and their fatty meat appears almost marbled when raw. Our source is located near the Chesapeake Bay, ensuring that the salmon always arrives to our stores fresh.
  • All Natural Irish Salmon
Fed certified organic feed and grown in a controlled environment, these fish are raised in the clean waters of Ireland in accordance to organic farming standards.
