Dear Food Lover:

Last month, we brought you a survey of our best pre-sliced meats and cheeses, among them Citterio, Applegate Farms, and Land o' Lakes. This month, we'd like to highlight our own house-roasted deli meats.

All of our house-roasted deli meats taste like meat, not like "deli meat." We start with whole fresh turkey, smoked or Virginia ham, and natural top round. We then add our seasonings and spices and roast them to perfection for a moist interior that tastes like what it's supposed to taste like - turkey, ham or beef.
