Since we are real deli, we have a myriad of cheeses to choose from, but we selected some of our most popular to tell you about.
Land O'Lakes
An old familiar favorite! These cheeses start with pure, wholesome milk and are available in these varieties: Muenster, Yellow American, Swiss, Pepper Jack, White American, Mozzarella.
Tillamook Cheddar
This is a high quality cheese made from a 98-year old farmer owned cooperative in Tillamook, Oregon. Their cheddar is out of this world! Buy their medium-sharp sliced variety-aged 60 days.
Jarlsberg and Jarlsberg Light
Jarlsberg is a Swiss cheese with a smooth, creamy texture (except for the large holes!) and a sweet, mild, nutty flavor. While it makes a great deli-sandwich, Jarlsberg is an all-purpose cheese that's also good for cooking.
Jarlsberg is available in light, for those who are trying to remain faithful to New Year's resolutions.
BelGioioso Provolone
This cheese is made in America but in the traditional Italian style. It's made with whole cow's milk and aged at least 60 days. Never smoked or bleached, it won the title of "World's Best." This provolone goes well with any of our Citterio deli meats.
