Citterio
Founded in 1878 by Guiseppe Citterio, this company uses old-world traditions to create Italian meats worthy of the finest dining establishments.

Choose from the following:
· Prosciutto di Parma-this sweet, delicate Italian ham is cured all-naturally, with no preservatives or extenders. It's great paired with fruit.

· Bresaola-lean fresh beef, lightly seasoned and naturally aged.

· Genoa Salame-a medium grind of beef and pork, flavored with spices from all over the world. You can purchase this one alone, or in a combo pack with provolone cheese.

· Sopresata Salame-made in the traditional way with ground pork, sopresata is perfect with black pepper and pecorino.

· Rosemarino-this robust ham is slow roasted in a brick oven and accented with aromatic rosemary.
