November could be called, unofficially, "Turkey Month." And in the deli, that's all the encouragement we need to begin working on a new sandwich in keeping with the holiday.
This year, we've brought back our "Thanksgiving on a Roll" sandwich. It's for all of us who love Thanksgiving dishes but want them consolidated in one, easy to eat package. We take our own House-Roasted Turkey Breast and pair it with our Traditional Stuffing and Cranberry Mustard on a whole wheat roll. It's a great way to preview Thanksgiving dinner without actually having a whole meal.
