DO Brazil Coffee was founded by Doug and Ebe Becker, two New Yorkers with a passion for coffee and a desire to show consumers what fresh coffee is supposed to taste like. All of the coffee beans used in their product come from family farms in Minas Gerias, Brazil.

Choose from these two distinguished varieties, which are roasted in small batches and sealed with nitrogen to prevent oxidation and ensure the freshest cup of coffee possible.
  • DO Brazil Cerrado Ground -- Cerrado comes from the heart of the Cerrado region of Minas Gerias, Brazil. Known as the "Napa Valley" for coffee, Cerrado coffees are known for their intense aroma with notes between caramel, nuts and slight citric acidity. It possesses a fabulous body between moderate and medium-heavy, and a flavor of sweet chocolate notes.

  • DO Brazil Espresso Whole Bean -- a blend of washed, semi-washed, and natural coffees, and the culmination of three years of trial and design. Low in acidity, but healthy in body and sweetness with an extremely pleasant aftertaste.
