Marconas are large, wide and flat, and lack that slightly bitter tang that you're used to finding in almonds. Instead, marconas have a sweet, delicate taste (think of a cashew without the oiliness) and a unique crunchy and juicy texture.

These sweet almonds are perfect on a cheese platter, to offset the piquancy of any number of cheeses. We recommend our 14 month old manchego cheese and a glass of Arrocal Tempranillo.
