- Bucare -- versatile and balanced, with pleasant overtones of fruit. It has great character, texture and a long, lingering mouth-feel.
("Bucare" is a type of tree that has shaded the cacao tree groves since the 1600's.)
- Caoba -- considered a "dark" milk chocolate due to its strong caramel presence and earthy undertones. Its notable flavor is the result of increased cacao content, among the highest of any milk chocolate on the market.
- Icoa -- Icoa is made only with cacao butter which accounts for about 55% of the cacao beans composition and therefore, carries in it much cacao flavor and aroma. Creamy, cool, and decadent.
(The name, "Icoa," is taken from an Indian goddess adored by the native Indian tribes for her beauty, purity, and the belief that she had a white soul.)
