We carry Alberto's cookies in three flavors: chocolate covered almond cookies, white chocolate covered espresso cookies, and white chocolate covered pistachio cookies. On our first tasting we adored the delicate, nutty flavors of the cookies and the creamy chocolate drizzled on the top. The texture was to die for; each one was soft and chewy with a thin crust on the outside.

It's hard to believe that cookies this good could be cholesterol and trans-fat free, right? Well, they are. Alberto's cookies are all hand made using the finest natural ingredients, including lemon juice, egg whites, and almond flour (almonds, by the way, are one of the healthiest nuts you can eat).

We were impressed with Alberto's because they're made from a family recipe that's been passed down from generation to generation. No longer a family secret, they are now available at Balducci's.
