Our Brazilian double chocolate cake, named so because of the Brazilian coffee and almonds used to make it, has been a Balducci's bakery favorite for years. What's more, this cake is completely unique to us; you can't find it anywhere else!

Only Balducci's takes white and dark chocolate mousse and sandwiches them between layers of chocolate almond sponge cake, then tops it with a silky chocolate ganache glaze. It's a perfect dessert for everyone who wants to end their meal with a chocolate high (and really, when you think about it, who doesn't?).

Our cake easily serves 6-8 people, so it's easy to bring a little bit of our South American festival home.
