Mini Empanadas
Empanar is a Spanish verb meaning "to bake in pastry," so an empanada is a pastry that can be filled with either a savory mix of meat and vegetables, or a sweet filling as a dessert. They have such a convenient design, they can be found throughout South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Our empanaditas have these exotic fillings:
