Especially for the Thanksgiving Holiday

Apple, Pumpkin, and Sweet Potato pies are all delicious and traditional, but we wanted to offer our customers even more options for Thanksgiving. That's why we've brought back the Apple Pear Chardonnay and Sweet Potato Pies for this season as well. They're unusual, but just as scrumptious!

Our Apple Pear Chardonnay is technically a pie, but it has the look, taste and texture of a rustic tart. We've taken apples, pears, and golden raisins, soaked and steamed them in Chardonnay wine, then baked it with a cinnamon crumb topping. The result is an incredible bouquet of aromas and flavors, complete with the fresh, crisp flavor of white wine. What I love most about this pie are the firm, juicy chunks of apple and pear, and the plump, tangy raisins. There's such a wonderful flavor that it feels like you've cut and soaked the fruit yourself, and baked it in the pie.

Now that we have your mouth watering, we'd also like to tell you about our Sweet Potato Pecan Pie as well. It's a sweet potato filling in a rich custard style, topped with pecan praline and traditional spices, then baked it into a crispy crust. So smooth and creamy, yet filled with a variety of flavor.

The wonderful thing about Thanksgiving is there's always an abundance of food and a variety of flavors all on one plate. So, while you're feeling adventurous, try serving more than one type of pie. There's nothing wrong with breaking tradition once in a while... especially when you create your own.
