Do you have a catalog?
We currently do not publish a direct mail catalog, but you can sign up to receive direct mail and email through our Rewards program. To join, go to the Rewards section and select Join Balducci's Rewards.

I forgot my coupon at home; do you supply coupons at the store?
Because our discounts are so valuable, we have to put checks and balances in place for how we honor coupons. We make every effort to distribute our coupons to our best customers and we ask that you provide them at time of purchase. We want to avoid any risk of fraud or abuse, which could negatively impact our ability to offer coupons in the future.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S.
How can I request a food donation from Balducci's?

What is your refund policy?
For non-caviar related items, we offer a full refund on, or the replacement of, any product that arrives damaged or that does not meet your full satisfaction. Please call our gift center immediately at 1-800-346-8763 regarding any returns or credits. For caviar-related items, please review our specific return policy.
If I order my product UPS Ground, how long will it take to arrive?
